Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Operations Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to lead a team on commercial operational matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team on commercial operational matters.
  • Evaluate and negotiate cost/scope for procurement.
  • Administer contracts and resolve contractual issues.
  • Evaluate and certify Main Contract/Sub Contract progress and variation claims.
  • Oversee project cash flow, budgeting, and cost control.
Requirements:
  • A recognized degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or any other related discipline.
  • Proficient knowledge of industry contractual practices and standard forms of contracts.
  • A minimum of 5 years of working experience with a Main Contractor and experience in residential, commercial, and/or institutional projects.
  • Managerial experience will be considered for senior positions.
  • Good written, communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership qualities.
