Job Title: Senior Commercial Lead

As a Senior Commercial Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's commercial strategy forward.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across various divisions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Business Development efforts by evaluating tenders and enquiries for projects within the Environment division;
  • Develop and prepare commercial strategies and terms for joint ventures, consortiums, and project arrangements;
  • Oversee the creation of agreements on contractual matters and review contract documents;
  • Initiate and draft official correspondences to various stakeholders;
  • Implement commercial terms for procurement packages and lead/participate in commercial negotiations with vendors;
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring optimal revenue streams.
