Project Leadership Opportunity

A seasoned project manager is required to lead residential, industrial, and commercial projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in project management, a degree in civil engineering, and excellent leadership skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive project plan and site facilities layout to meet contractual schedules
  • Plan project budgets, quality control plans, and resource allocation to meet contract requirements
  • Lead team members in working with clients and consultants to achieve satisfactory quality and workmanship
  • Collaborate with departments on site budgeting, safety management, and documentation
  • Prepare team members for their roles and responsibilities, highlighting project objectives and company policies
  • Work with regulatory officers to ensure site compliance with statutory requirements
  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance/training programs

Requirements:

  • At least 15 years of experience in residential, industrial, and commercial projects
  • Experience as a project manager in at least one project
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in civil engineering (including construction engineering, technology & materials)
