Residential Development Project Manager

This role is a key position in our organization, responsible for ensuring the design and execution of residential development projects. The successful candidate will provide professional expertise to guarantee on-time and within budget delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage pre-construction design process with architects and consultants to achieve design and development objectives.
- Oversee the building contract tendering process and overall project supervision to ensure the construction of a quality product which meets commercial objectives.
- Manage post construction matters like Defects Liability cycles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Rlevant University or Polytechnic qualifications in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management and/ or Construction Management.
- 5 - 8 years experience in project and design management within Residential Development in Singapore.
- Strong Project Management, Complex Problem solving and organizing skills.
