Residential Development Project Manager

Residential Development Project Manager Role:
The ideal candidate will oversee the strategic planning, execution and delivery of residential development projects. This encompasses pre-construction design, consultant management, building contract tendering, and post-construction activities including sales launch and defect liability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the pre-construction design process in collaboration with architects and consultants to achieve project objectives.
- Managing regulatory consultations and submissions for compliance and certifications on behalf of the project team.
- Overseeing the building contract tendering process and overall project supervision.
- Managing post-construction matters such as DLPs and sales launch.
For success in this role, the candidate should possess relevant University or Polytechnic qualifications in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, and/or Construction Management.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant degree in a field related to engineering, architecture, project management or construction management.
- 5-8 years of experience (Manager) / 2-5 years of experience (Assistant Manager) in project and design management within residential development in Singapore.
- Ability to work independently, strong project management skills, complex problem-solving abilities, and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal/external parties.
