Project Development Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced project development manager to join our team.

The role is responsible for overseeing the design and execution of residential development projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Design Process Management: Collaborate with architects and consultants to achieve design and development objectives, including designing unit layouts and interiors.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Manage consultants on regulatory consultations and submissions for compliance or waivers.
  • Tendering and Project Supervision: Oversee building contract tendering and project supervision to ensure quality product delivery that meets commercial objectives.
  • Post-Construction Matters: Manage defects liability cycles, sales launches, showflat design, and marketing materials.
  • Interior Design Enhancement: Manage interior design of built units to enhance their value.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A relevant university or polytechnic qualification in engineering, architecture, project management, or construction management.
  • - 8 years of experience (manager) / - 5 years of experience (assistant manager) in project and design management within residential development in Singapore.
  • Independent self-starter ability, strong project management, complex problem-solving, and organizing skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal and external parties.
