Job Title: Project Lead for Residential Development
We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the construction of bungalows and semi-detached houses from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to meet deadlines and cost targets;
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution;
- Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with design, specifications, safety, and regulatory standards;
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any on-site issues promptly;
- Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients;
- Ensure quality control and timely delivery of all construction milestones;
- Liaise with relevant authorities for necessary permits and approvals;
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor or Head of Department (HOD).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field;
- BCA acknowledgement as a Project Manager for landed housing projects;
- Familiarity with BCA regulations, submission processes, and construction-related requirements in Singapore;
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
