Job Summary

\

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Architectural Assistant to join our team. As an Architectural Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting project teams in completing projects on time, on budget, and according to client and authority requirements.

\

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. You will work closely with senior architects to lead or co-lead project teams, assist multiple projects concurrently from design stage to project completion, and produce all drawings and BIM models required by the project.

\

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Diploma/Degree in Architecture and have 1-2 years of experience as an Architectural Assistant. You will also need to be able to make submissions to authorities, liaise with them on submission matters, and ensure all forms, drawings, and BIM models are submitted under the supervision of seniors.

\
