Looking for a new challenge in residential architecture?

We are seeking an experienced Architect to lead projects from design stage through to construction completion. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for guiding projects independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Project management and execution
  • Collaboration with clients and consultants
  • Leading teams or working independently as needed


Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in the landed housing/residential architecture industry
  • Well-versed in local building codes and regulations with various authorities
  • Proficient in CAD programs, including AutoCAD and SketchUp
  • Able to manage timelines and work well in a team or individual setting
  • Sensible designer with attention to detail


Qualifications:
  • Relevant Architecture degree or diploma recognized by the Board of Architects Singapore


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong technical skills in CAD programs and building information modeling (BIM)
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
