Project Manager Role

A Project Manager is required to lead residential projects from design stage through to construction completion.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the landed housing/residential architecture industry and be well-versed in local building codes and regulations.

They should also be skilled in CAD programs, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Twinmotion, and have excellent collaboration and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be able to manage timelines, work independently or as part of a team, and be attentive to details.

Qualifications include a relevant Architecture degree or diploma recognized by the Board of Architects Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects from design stage to construction completion.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and team members.
  • Guide team members and work independently when needed.
Requirements:
