Job Overview

As a Channel Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success through strategic partnerships.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, including resellers, system integrators, and managed service providers to foster collaborative opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Identify new channel partnership opportunities and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements to expand market reach and increase salesProvide technical and sales support to channel partners, ensuring they are equipped to effectively position and sell our cybersecurity solutions to meet customer needsCollaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute channel-focused campaigns and initiatives that align with business objectivesMonitor channel partner performance, identifying areas for growth and implementing strategies to drive increased sales and revenue
  • Provide regular reporting and updates on channel activities and performance to the leadership team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a channel account management or business development role, preferably within the cybersecurity or technology industry
  • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including emerging trends and technologies
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful channel partner relationships with demonstrated results in revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Familiarity with channel partner programs, incentives, and go-to-market strategies
