Key Role: Sales and Business Development Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales and business development manager to lead our team in achieving exceptional results. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and building strong relationships with customers.

Job Description

The primary function of this role is to manage all sales activities within assigned districts. This includes coordinating projects to achieve targets, optimizing internal resource use, and acting as a key communicator and representative of the company to customers, end-users, influencers, and focus groups.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, preferably in the security and/or communication industries. They will possess a strong understanding of the market landscape, including competitor products and industry trends.

The sales and business development manager will also be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, scheduling meetings with potential customers, end-users, influencers, authorities, and industry associations.

In addition, they will communicate new product and solution developments to prospective clients, provide feedback to the sales organization and management team, and act as the first contact to potential partners.

Qualifications
  • Degree in Commercial Economics (Sales, Marketing or Business Administration)
  • Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in the security and/or communication industries
  • Strong understanding of the market landscape, including competitor products and industry trends
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
  • Proficient in English, with good communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Excellent negotiation skills in decision-maker environment
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Valid driver's license with a willingness to travel frequently to meet business needs
