About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee various HR functions including manpower sourcing, training and development, talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and other HR-related services.
This role involves developing strategic HR plans and initiatives to enhance our HR processes and practices in support of business growth. It also requires working closely with top management on organizational design, job evaluation, change management processes, and participating in industry benchmarking to ensure effective and efficient operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and spoken, as well as analytical and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
The successful candidate will be result-driven, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines while demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee full spectrum of HR functions
