**Responsibilities**

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for Human Resources related operations in the company. The Human Resources Manager reports directly to the General Manager of the dormitory.

Key responsibilities include:

- Responsible for the strategic HR functions in the company which includes strategic HR planning, talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefit, performance management, employee engagement, staff well-being and other HR related matters
- Ensure best practices in recruitment and talent management policies
- Ensuring HR practices are compliant with Tripartite standards
- Assist the management team to execute the business plan from HR perspective.
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Provide HR related reports to the management
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain compensation and benefits program
- Manage, acquire and update necessary visas and work passes
- Perform all other related duties as assigned by the General Manager

**Requirements**:
This position requires at least seven years of relevant human resource management experience. Other key requirements include:

- A minimum of a diploma
- Detail-oriented with the ability to translate findings into understandable and actionable recommendations.
- An entrepreneurial and self-driven personality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Initiative and good decision-making skills
- Strategic and analytical thinking skills
- Good IT skills, including but not limited to a working knowledge of Google Suites and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- A concise CV detailing your experiences and qualification
