Sr. Director of Human Capital Management

The Sr. Director of Human Capital Management will play a pivotal role in driving organizational growth and performance by leading strategic initiatives that foster employee engagement, talent development, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic HR Leadership: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop a comprehensive people strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent across engineering, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and commercial functions.
- Talent Management & Development: Implement leadership development, technical training, and high-potential programs to build future leadership capacity.
- Compensation, Benefits & Rewards: Develop a total rewards strategy, including salary structures, incentive programs, retention plans, and benefits.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Drive initiatives to enhance employee recognition, retention, and overall job satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
- Regulatory Compliance & HR Governance: Ensure compliance with international labor laws, ISO 13485 requirements, and other relevant regulations.
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; advanced HR certifications preferred.
· Minimum 12–15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in manufacturing, MedTech, life sciences or relevant industries.
