Job Title: Administrative Support Officer

Hong Wen School is seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Support Officer to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our school community.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Front Desk & Communication:
  • Act as the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors, providing information and guidance on school operations, admissions, and events.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Handle complaints, feedback, and requests, directing them to the relevant departments or resolving them promptly.
  1. Administrative Support:
  • Assist with general clerical duties, including the preparation and distribution of school correspondence such as letters, newsletters, and publications.
  • Provide administrative support to teachers, including helping with the preparation of teaching and learning materials.
  • Input and manage data in the school's administrative systems (e.g., attendance, student records).
  1. Support for School Operations:
  • Assist with resource distribution to teachers and staff.
  • Provide basic care and supervision for students at the school's sickbay.
  • Offer support for school events and activities as needed, including logistics and coordination.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience working in a primary school general office or similar administrative environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with general school administrative systems is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
