**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist the Manager in maintaining accurate records of tenant inquiries or complaints.
  • Handle and respond to feedback received via calls at the Management Office.
  • Support the Management team with administrative tasks such as processing fitting out applications, deliveries, and other requirements for new tenants.
  • Coordinate with contractors to schedule on-site inspections and address service requests.
  • Provide administrative support by compiling weekly and monthly reports for submission to the Client and HQ Finance team.
  • Ensure that phone calls and feedback are handled professionally, with a positive and helpful demeanor.
  • Establish and maintain an organized filing system for smooth documentation and administration of the property.
  • Oversee inventory management of office supplies, equipment maintenance records, and perform general administrative duties.

**Requirements:**

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Minimum 'O' Level or Diploma with relevant certification.
  • At least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience in the service, retail shopping mall, or secretarial roles.
  • Experience in Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel Management is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with hands-on experience in SAP procurement systems.
