Job Title: Receptionist / Clerical Support Officer

HORIZON GLOBAL SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Receptionist / Clerical Support Officer. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the school, ensuring a smooth and efficient front desk operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations, handle telephone calls, and attend to walk-in inquiries from students, parents, and visitors.
  • Provide basic assistance to students at the school's sick bay, ensuring proper care and communication with relevant school staff or parents if needed.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and any general administrative tasks as required by the school, such as managing documents, sorting files, and other clerical duties.
Requirements:
  • Education: Preferably GCE "O" or "N" Level with credit in English (or equivalent).
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and general IT systems. Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a school administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
