Job Description:

This role is an exceptional opportunity to drive business growth and innovation in the APAC region. You will be responsible for leading a lean team and scaling it to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in SIM platforms, MAM/OTA management, mobile security, NFC-SWP, and MVNO systems, with a proven track record of closing large-scale telco deals in multiple regions.

As a cross-cultural communicator, you will be fluent in English and any additional regional languages are a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities include defining and executing the regional go-to-market plan, identifying new telco and enterprise opportunities, owning end-to-end sales cycles, building executive relationships, negotiating multi-year contracts, hiring and mentoring a high-performing sales and technical support organization, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning, and translating insights into pricing, packaging, and positioning recommendations.

  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to drive revenue growth and expansion in the APAC region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including global operators, MVNOs, system integrators, and product teams.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop strategic partnerships to drive growth and innovation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration includes working closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and R&D teams to ensure delivery excellence and partnering with HQ to align on roadmap, resourcing, and go-to-market investments.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in SIM platforms, MAM/OTA management, mobile security, NFC-SWP, and MVNO systems.
  • Proven track record of closing large-scale telco deals in multiple regions.
  • Fluency in English, and any additional regional languages are a strong plus.
