Job Overview

The Regional Business Leader will be responsible for overseeing the operational efficiency and effectiveness of multiple locations within a designated region. This role involves ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and maintaining good relationships with vendors and stall tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to SOP
  • Maintain positive working relationships with vendors and stall tenants
  • Review and provide feedback on vendor services
  • Conduct weekly cleanliness checks of coffee shops
  • Manage and control inventory levels across multiple locations
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Food and Beverage industry, preferably in a managerial role
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions
