Job Title:

Air Conditioning and Ventilation Solutions Manager

This is a leadership role that oversees the planning and execution of air conditioning and ventilation solutions for high-tech data centers.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in ACMV/HVAC or M&E projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading project teams to design, install, and commission HVAC systems for data centers.
  • Collaborating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Reviewing project specifications, drawings, and contracts for compliance.
  • Monitoring site progress and addressing technical or operational issues.
  • Preparing schedules, reports, and project documentation.
  • Overseeing procurement of materials and equipment.
  • Ensuring workplace safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • Degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ACMV/HVAC or M&E projects.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
