HVAC Project Manager Job

As a HVAC project manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing HVAC projects for data centers.

Key responsibilities include leading project meetings, collaborating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. You will review project specs, drawings, and contracts for compliance, monitor site progress, and address any technical or operational issues. Additionally, you will prepare schedules, reports, and project documentation, oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensure workplace safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and conduct site inspections and guide the project team.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ACMV/HVAC or related M&E projects.
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems for data centers.
  • Strong project management skills.
