Key Role Summary:

A highly skilled sales professional is required to develop and execute sales strategies for HVAC solutions in data centers.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and track sales strategies to drive revenue growth for HVAC solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and industry events.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to customize solutions that meet client needs.
  • Lead the development of proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations to ensure successful project outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Mechanical Engineering or Business.
  • Professional certification in HVAC systems or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the data center or HVAC sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC technologies and data center infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional Asian languages are an asset.
  • Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP) or equivalent certification is an advantage.
