As a Senior Service Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting various aftersales services including replacement, upgrade, retrofit and value add solutions to the benefit of our customers plus ABB. Reporting to Sales Manager, you will be responsible for service sales for ABB Motor and variable speed drives. This position is based in Singapore.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Preparing sales plans according to our service strategy and perform regular status reviews
- Building long term customer relationships
- Learning about and resolving customer needs and issues
- Processing, coordinating and following up job orders with operations team to meet customers’ delivery schedule
- Achieving key sales targets together with service sales team, by improving sales processes and optimizing workflow to maximize sales productivity
- Assisting in the gathering and analyzing of market intelligence information and report to sales teams
- Reporting unsafe practices and incidents
**Your background**:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical / Electronic engineering
- Highly sales driven with at least 3-5 years of working experience in engineering/service sales
- Team player & being able to coordinate with the various team’s function
- Experience on motor/variable speed drive servicing will be beneficial
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
