Senior Service Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our service delivery unit, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless installation, commissioning, training, calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of related products at customer sites.

You will collaborate with customers to resolve service concerns and provide technical solutions, building and maintaining strong relationships while delivering excellent service support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Proven experience in field service operations, including installation, commissioning, and maintenance of scientific instruments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Aptitude for identifying opportunities to secure new preventive maintenance contracts.
  • Familiarity with internal sales and technical teams, with the ability to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ability to conduct training sessions for end users and distributors.
  • Skills in preparing and providing service and spare parts quotations in response to customer inquiries.
