Regional Technical Consultant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled technical consultant to join our organization in Singapore. As a key member of our sales and support teams, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert advice and product recommendations to clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the trusted technical advisor for Data Center HVAC projects, delivering exceptional support and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key consultants, developers, and operators, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Create and influence technical specifications for consulting engineers and end-users, ensuring high-quality solutions.
  • Provide comprehensive support to sales teams and customers through technical consulting and product recommendations, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Design and deliver technical training sessions for internal teams and external clients, enhancing their understanding and expertise.
  • Supervise local teams, promoting high technical standards and knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Lead large and complex projects to optimize company product integration, resulting in increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in sales, product management, and technical support to enhance customer experience and drive business success.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and associations, staying updated on the latest trends and innovations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent field.
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in technical consulting, preferably in Data Center HVAC projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in HVAC, hydronics, and control systems, with a strong understanding of technical principles and applications.
  • Ability to travel overseas whenever necessary, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
