Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Min. 3 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, product-led growth, or a similar role.
  • A proven track record of driving results, owning business numbers, and delivering impact.
  • A high-energy, experimental mindset, with a passion for testing new ideas.
  • Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with paid channels, SEO, CRO, automation, or referral programs is a plus.
  • Product experience is a strong advantage, enabling you to leverage product features for growth.
  • The ability to rally teams around ideas, take ownership, and move things forward.
