Job Title: Client Service Manager

As a Client Service Manager at TELE-CENTRE SERVICES PTE LTD, you will be responsible for managing sales and relationships with key clients by ensuring that all key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational requirements meet or exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans and sales strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain long-term relationships with client accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our service offerings.
  • Collaborate with business partners to ensure smooth operations of call products and/or services, and identify areas for service improvements.
  • Secure new business and grow existing accounts through effective sales and marketing efforts.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer-facing teams.
Requirements:
  • At least a degree with minimum five (5) years of experience in the Contact Centre industry and handling government projects in an operational or project management capacity.
  • COPC (Customer Operations Performance Centre) certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Sound knowledge in contact centre operations, telephony/IT systems, and contractual terms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools and preparing of management reports.
