Job Opportunity:\

We are seeking a seasoned strategist to lead the development and execution of business initiatives that drive growth, optimize costs, and deliver measurable impact.


\

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting and overseeing structured quantitative and qualitative analyses to diagnose business challenges, generate insights, and inform decision-making. They will also research industry trends, user behaviors, and competitor strategies to develop regional and local initiatives that drive business success.


\

In this role, you will partner with commercial functions (e.g., marketing, category management, operations, partnerships) to refine strategic roadmaps, performance frameworks, and operational processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across regional and local markets to monitor key performance metrics, identify gaps, and design improvement strategies.


\

Additionally, you will manage multiple stakeholders, align on priorities, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives across diverse teams and geographies. You will mentor and guide junior team members in problem-solving approaches, analytical skills, and stakeholder management.

Requirements:


\
  • At least 3 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business operations, or related fields
  • Bachelor's Degree and above in any discipline
  • Proven track record of leading strategic projects from ideation to execution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity, with strong project management capabilities
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required; familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools is a plus
