
Sales Leader in Biotech and Genomics

As an Account Manager - Biotech and Genomic Medicine, you'll be at the forefront of providing new solutions to small biotech and genomic medicine customers across ASEAN.
Your primary responsibility will be to establish strong relationships with key personnel and drive business development initiatives to increase market share and customer engagement. You'll identify and engage with new potential customers in the genomic medicine field, qualify leads, and manage the sales funnel to ensure consistent opportunity progression across all assigned accounts.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or equivalent, with more than 5-7 years of experience in sales, including strategic selling and negotiation. Familiarity with biopharmaceutical, biotech, and genomic medicine processes is essential. Proven experience in account management or business development within the biotech or life sciences industry is also required. Additionally, you'll need to possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to work independently across a diverse and dynamic market landscape.

The ideal candidate will:
