We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Specialist to drive growth in our genomic offerings.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct pre-sales technical presentations to educate customers on features and benefits of our genomic products.
- Establish and foster good relationships with local Key Opinion Leaders, including keeping them engaged with our diverse genomics offerings.
- Develop good rapport with direct accounts and have a good understanding of their requirements.
- Work with suppliers and other account managers to develop and execute sales strategies to grow the business in long read sequencing, single cell and spatial genomics products.
- Keep abreast of current industry trends and competitive information.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure needed sales support.
- Fulfill job responsibilities independently in a timely and proactive manner.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or technical support role related to Next Generation Sequencing.
- Good understanding of long-read sequencing, single-cell or spatial genomics is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to provide tailored solutions to customers.
- Proactive and customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
