A degree in the life sciences research field, with experience in a genomics research lab or technical support/sales role. Sales and marketing experience is a plus, but most importantly you should be interested in learning genomics technology and being part of a motivated commercial marketing and sales and support team - seeking financially reward for your, and your team’s, success.
- Experience and current knowledge in the genomics research techniques such as NGS, qPCR, single cell and spatial genomics is very helpful, but learning about new tools and techniques will be on-going including enzymatic nucleic acid synthesis, synthetic biology, CRISPR, and more.
- Interested and confident to meet many new people, to get directly involved with young scientists as well as leaders of Singapore’s genomics field.
- Ability to fulfil job responsibilities independently in a timely and proactive manner.
- Your level of skill and experience will be considered, and there is plenty of room for growth, with much training provided.
- Applicants should be currently based in Singapore.
**Job responsibilities**:
Supported by a team of Application Scientists, marketing and sales administrators, you are responsible for overseeing and driving the business development of our exciting range of genomics research systems and solutions. You will engage in direct customer technical consultative sales, with guidance from our principal suppliers and your direct management team.
Remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience, with an excellent incentive plan.
