We are seeking a highly skilled individual to handle incoming support cases, track using incident tracking software, and provide level 2 application support via email and phone.
- Responsibilities include handling incoming support cases, tracking issues, and providing level 2 application support
- Must have a diploma or degree in an IT-related course
- At least 1 year of experience as a software tester or applications technical support staff is required
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel, are necessary
- Degree in an IT-related course
- At least 1 year of experience as a software tester or applications technical support staff
- Good written and spoken English
- Self-motivation
- Ability to learn new technologies
Possession of MS Dynamics CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
