We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT support specialist to provide exceptional service to our customers. This individual will be responsible for providing level 1/2 IT support to end-users, both onsite and remotely.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be highly adaptable and flexible, and have a high level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust. They should also have high proficiency in both written and spoken English.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing front-line IT support to employees via walk-ups, tickets, and MS Teams
- Maintaining accurate ticketing processes and asset management tracking records
- Providing emergency requests/VVIP support outside of business hours
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and repairing IT hardware and software
- Handling hardware and software sourcing/purchasing
- Writing and updating technical documentation for end-users and the IT team
