As a IT Level 2 Process Support Specialist at GEODIS, you will play a crucial role in providing support on TMS to Level 1 users, ensuring optimized utilization of our Operational TMS (Next Gen). Your responsibilities will include analyzing, classifying, and solving incidents, conducting approval tests on new TMS versions, and providing global scale support. You will also identify training needs, coordinate trainings for Key Users, and work closely with team members, application specialists, and the TMS vendor for incident resolutions.In this role, you will document TMS incidents and resolutions, maintain a knowledge database, and support local country key-users in TMS usage. Additionally, you will create solutions for IT incidents, fulfill standard user service requests, and participate in acceptance tests for new TMS versions. Your role will involve evaluating training effectiveness, providing feedback for improvements, and supporting the implementation of new policies, processes, and procedures in TMS.Monitoring the quality of system utilization, administering ticket handling records, analyzing testing results, and reporting to the Level 2 Support Manager are essential aspects of this position. You will also be responsible for administering and reporting training hours, analyzing IT Incidents for all enabled countries and GEODIS companies, and maintaining the knowledge database with identified problems and solutions.The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Bachelor's degree, a business background with 2-3 years" experience in logistics or an IT background with similar experience in support of logistics systems. Experience in conducting user trainings, fluent English skills, in-depth knowledge of TMS, and CCP certification or Cargowise Certified Specialist are essential requirements. The candidate should be flexible to work irregular hours, including night shifts and weekends for maintenance activities and application releases.This full-time regular position is based in Delhi NCR, GEODIS Gurgaon office, India.
