Job Title: Process Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support the smooth operation of our business.

The Process Support Specialist will assist with data entry, reporting submissions, and operational coordination between departments and clients. This role requires excellent communication skills to effectively handle phone calls with clients and perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by their reporting officer.

To succeed in this position, you must possess strong organizational and time management skills, be able to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Possess at least GCE 'N' level education or equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin.
