Job Description

You will be working as a key member of our Global Construction & Infrastructure team, responsible for providing technical and market support for Motorgraders products in the Asia Pacific region.

Your primary role will involve:

  • Providing ongoing technical support to districts and dealers, ensuring they have the necessary information to provide excellent customer service.
  • Preparing introduction plans for new products and monitoring progress on all elements of the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
  • Developing and maintaining regional training activities in support of new product launches for your regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train district and dealer Sales Representatives on product and application matters.
  • Provide technical assistance to districts and dealers, supporting customer needs for detailed technical/performance/application data.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about competitive systems and machines, promoting Caterpillar's value advantage to aid selling activities.
