Job Title: Process Specialist

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Specialist to join our team.

  • To carry out water sampling for process units and send results to the laboratory for analysis and follow up with recommendations on site.
  • Operate Boiler / Evaporator / cooling tower / RO in the WasteWater Plant. Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Monitor and adjust process parameters through SCADA system control panels.
  • Update test results in data systems in real-time.
  • Supervise general workers in the plant for daily operations and chemical handling tasks.
  • Maintain all process units, pumps, and equipment in good working condition.
  • Act as a member of the Company Emergency Response team.
  • Support shift operations as needed.

Slop Operation:

  • Manage incoming waste and communicate with the Quality Control department to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee ISO Tank and Vacuum Truck operations.
  • Monitor and control loading and unloading terminal processes.
  • Manage jetty operations, including vessel berthing and marine loading procedures.
  • Conduct oily water pre-treatment activities.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and replenish process oil supplies.
  • Coordinate tank-to-tank operations.
