Singapore Association of Process Industry Full time

Established in 1997, the Association of Process Industry (“ASPRI”) is a membership-based trade association that represents the interests of more than 600 companies across Singapore’s Process Industry comprising of petroleum, petrochemical, specialty chemical and pharmaceutical sectors.

ASPRI is now seeking an energetic and motivated Events Specialist to join us.

Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the events specialist shall be responsible for event conceptualisation & execution, coordination with event partners, vendors, sponsors and participants, managing pre
- and post-event marketing including design marketing collaterals and crafting eDMs, overseeing all event-related logistics and conducting post-event analysis.
- Draft detailed proposals for all events, including timelines, venues, vendors, staffing and budgets for board approval.
- Engage in ad-hoc responsibilities and/or projects as needed to assist in the continuous growth of the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications and Media or its equivalent
- At least 5 years working experience in a related field
- Demonstrated track record of success in local events project management: manage, plan, organise and execute a wide range of events from inception to completion within budget.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Independent, resourceful and able to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment.
