**We're Hiring: Application Support Specialist (Level 2)**:

No prior Oracle EBS experience? No problem - we'll train you

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance system performance
- Document solutions and contribute to our growing knowledge base
- Participate in exciting implementation and upgrade projects
- Conduct user training sessions and create user-friendly guides

**What You Bring**:
**Required**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills - ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
- Experience with SQL and database querying
- Understanding of ITIL practices and incident management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

**Nice-to-Have (But We'll Train You)**:

- Oracle EBS experience (seriously, we'll provide comprehensive training)
- Knowledge of PL/SQL, Unix/Linux environments
- Experience with integration tools and APIsITIL certification
