Proposal Development Role

We are seeking an experienced Proposal Engineer to join our team. As a Proposal Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and managing proposals that meet the needs of our clients.

  • You will review and analyze tender documents, specifications, and requirements prior to submission.
  • You will prepare tender proposals, including quotations, cost estimation, Bill of Quantity (BOQ), and other related documents.
  • You will coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and vendors to provide technical support and ensure project requirements are met.
  • You will manage tender clarifications, negotiation, and submission processes to secure project awards.
  • You will track and monitor tender, quotation, and proposal status to ensure timely responses.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Power Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical Engineering, Building Management Systems (BMS), tender preparation, and project sales support.
  • Strong knowledge in electrical design, estimation, and tender documentation.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (MEP), and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
