As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and submitting high-quality proposals to secure new business opportunities. This involves reviewing and analyzing tender documents, specifications, and requirements to ensure our proposals meet the client's needs.

We are looking for an experienced Proposal Development Expert who can effectively coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and vendors to provide technical support and ensure project requirements are met.

  • Develop comprehensive proposal documents, including quotations, cost estimation, Bill of Quantity (BOQ), and other related documents.
  • Coordinate and liaise with clients and stakeholders to gather information and address any queries or concerns.
  • Manage tender clarifications, negotiation, and submission processes to secure project awards.
  • Track and monitor proposal status to ensure timely responses.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Power Engineering or equivalent, and at least 5 years of relevant experience in Electrical Engineering, BMS, tender preparation, and project sales support.

Additionally, you should possess strong knowledge in electrical design, estimation, and tender documentation, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (MEP), and Microsoft Office applications.
