**Senior Proposal Analyst**

**What can you expect?**

**We will count on you to**:
1. Work closely with Impact Leader on the Preparation of RFP proposals:

- Research on client/company information and background
- Review and clarify tender requirements, draft structure of the RFP proposal(s) and presentation outline for the opportunities that have been identified
- Attend strategy meetings, coordinate with identified stakeholder(s) to gather the required information
- Monitor and track progress of RFP proposals and approvals against the specified timelines with key stakeholder(s) to ensure target deadlines are met and reports/proposals are submitted within the tender deadlines
- Maintain quality of report/proposals by following writing protocols by using templates and proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone
- Maintain client database containing tender specifications and reports/proposals that have been submitted

2. Support Impact Team colleague in performing a daily check in GeBiz, Singapore Government's one-stop e-procurement portal for opportunities

3. Collaborate with colleagues within and outside of the Impact Team to strengthen working relationships and keep abreast of new developments

**What you need to have**:

- Degree in Marketing, Risk Management, Finance, or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Office

**What makes you stand out**:

- Excellent people management, time management, presentation and problem solving skills.
- Good communication and written skills in English.
- Keen eye for aesthetics and design, familiarity with the use of Adobe Illustrator would be advantageous.
- Meticulous with an attention to details.
- Highly motivated and a team player with good interpersonal skills while concurrently being able to work proactively and work independently where required.
- Positive attitude towards work and learning.
