**Detailed description**:

- Assist the CM Director to source for credible strategic and sovereign wealth fund investors
- Assist the CM Director to manage investment bankers and financing proposal
- Assist the CM Director to answer questions from investors
- Assist the CM Director to prepare documents for investors Due Diligence
- Deep understanding of financial models
- Assist the CM Director in other matters like marketing, R&D joint labs, sourcing and incubation of early-stage startups, formation of incubation investment funds
- Strong in risk management, IPO regulations and review of legal documents

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Investment related field or equivalent.
- Fluency in English and Chinese in speaking, writing and reading
- Relevant work experience at least 3 year
- MSc in Finance or related
- Humble, meticulous and with a good learning altitude
