Latin American Grill Expert

We are seeking an experienced Latin American grill expert to lead our kitchen in delivering exceptional food experiences.


This is a dynamic and creative role that involves overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely service. You will work closely with our Head Chef to execute menus that showcase our Latin-American identity and provide guidance to the kitchen team.

  • Maintain strict compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, and kitchen organisation efficiently
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service

About This Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a proven track record as a long-term Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef. Your strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills will enable you to excel in this role.

  • Strong skills in handling, seasoning, and grilling steaks to perfection
  • Good leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Understanding of meat quality, portioning, and plating standards; knowledge of Latin-American flavours is a plus
  • Familiarity with Singapore's food hygiene regulations
