  • 5-day 44 hours work week
  • 2 off days/week
  • Split Shift per work day ( 11am - 3pm, 6pm - 11pm

What You'll Do
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to execute menus that showcase our Latin-American identity.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely service.
  • Take charge of steak preparation and grilling -from selecting cuts and seasoning to mastering doneness and presentation.
  • Train, guide, and inspire the kitchen team to uphold our standards and culture.
  • Maintain strict compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations.
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, and kitchen organisation efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven track record as a long-term Chef de Partie, recent Junior Sous Chef, or higher, ideally in quality-driven kitchens.
  • Strong skills in handling, seasoning, and grilling steaks to perfection.
  • Good leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Understanding of meat quality, portioning, and plating standards; knowledge of Latin-American flavours is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Singapore's food hygiene regulations.
  • Passion for food, teamwork, and delivering excellence.
