Job Summary:

\

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Director of HR Operations to join our team at Wecruit Pte Ltd. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the HR Manager in overseeing HR and administrative functions, including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, payroll, training, workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR Manager in designing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with business objectives.\
  • Assist in ensuring adherence to employment laws, regulations, and company policies.\
  • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration for new hires.\
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and career development initiatives.\
  • Supervise attendance tracking, leave management, and timesheet verification.\
  • Administer employee claims, benefits, and welfare programs, while promoting employee satisfaction and engagement.\
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide actionable insights to improve processes and employee satisfaction.\
  • Provide HR advice and support to management, heads of departments, and employees.\
  • Collaborate with ESG and safety consultants to ensure a safe and secure work environment.\
  • Liaise with external vendors to maintain effective delivery of security services and compliance with company standards.\
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by senior management.\

Requirements:

  • \
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.\
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, including team leadership.\
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, Employment Acts, and regulations.\
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).\
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational and time-management abilities, and a positive, problem-solving attitude.\
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic settings, preferably within the manufacturing sector.\
  • Experience with RBA and security operations is a plus.\
