**Your Impact and Responsibilities**:

**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 10 years in HR, with at least 5 in a leadership role across core HR functions.

- Familiarity with Singapore’s HR regulations and statutory requirements.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems is an advantage.
