Key Hotel Reservations Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Reservations Executive.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of hotel reservations, ensuring seamless customer experiences and maximizing hotel revenues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the Reservations Department with attention to detail and a focus on excellent service delivery.
  • Create and update room reservations via the Property Management System (PMS) to ensure accuracy and timely entry of reservation data.
  • Coach and train Reservations Agents in all aspects of reservations operations to achieve high levels of accuracy and guest satisfaction.
  • Upsell opportunities to maximize hotel revenues and promote effective communication among team members.
  • Resolve any booking issues or discrepancies professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through active listening and prompt response to inquiries and requests.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Hospitality or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal and written communication.
  • A self-starter with independence, strong time management, and team player skills.
