The Reservation Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth hotel reservations operations.

Job Description

Located in the heart of Singapore, our hotel offers an ideal opportunity for career growth and development. This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong attention to detail. The successful candidate will support the reservations sales team and operations teams to ensure all key performance indicators (KPIs) are met and maintained.

  • Support the reservations sales team and operations teams to ensure all key KPIs are met and maintained, including conversion rates, abandoned call rates, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure travel agency commissions, reservations sales conditions, profile tracking, and guest recognition are checked, completed, and updated accordingly.
  • Maintain accuracy of arrivals, including billing, VIP status, and other guest preferences.
  • Maintain high levels of performance within the reservations guest experience, including support for the reservations and operations team.
  • Ensure a "RevPRO culture" is spread throughout the hotel through regular liaison with operational and call centre teams.
  • Manage rooming lists, corporate bookings, and crew blocks as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the reservations sales field.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRS, PMS, RESAWeb, or distribution systems.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Understanding of internal and external environments.
  • Able to work effectively and contribute to a team.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
